dedicated technical support services, and aggressive

Training
Our sales team has in-depth knowledge of ApexDSL
broadband services and solutions and will offer
continual training courses to active VAR's.
The goal of these courses is to familiarize
members with our network, solutions, and services
in order to help them increase confidence in
our product and ultimately, increase revenue
sources.
Support
At ApexDSL, we have technical support teams
based in Miami and Boca Raton, Florida which
provide support to clients throughout the lower
9 SE Unites States. As a Value Added Reseller
(VAR) you and your company will receive 24/7
access to our technical support department on
all issues regarding ApexDSL product and services.
Marketing
Our joint Web marketing program creates Web
links between the ApexDSL and Value Added Resellers
(VAR) websites. VARs can submit a 100-word description
of their company and services, which is posted
on our website via hyperlink on our partner's
page. VARs in return include an ApexDSL description
and link on their website.

the standard 10% recurring revenue stream commission
plan, on all DSL and T-1 circuits.
Management
ApexDSL provides project management services
to all Value Added Resellers. Whenever ApexDSL
actively participates in installation, training
and other related services, we will provide
a statement of work, a project plan, pre-installation
checklists and all other documentation necessary
for the efficient management of large projects
specifically MTU/MDU Multi Tenant Unit and Multi
Dwelling Unit projects for Business and Residential.
